Hi! We’re Cam and Annalees — originally from South Africa and New Zealand, and now based in Melbourne. After exploring 31 countries together, we've learned what makes a short-term stay truly special. Those experiences inspired us to create Easy Living Residences — a hosting service designed with comfort, care, and thoughtful details in mind.Cam’s background in property ensures the quality and management of every space while Annalees brings expertise in operations, making sure everything runs smoothly from bookings to guest care.   • Comprehensive Insurance: Your property is protected with $3 million in damage protection and $1 million in liability insurance.

  • Property Upkeep: The upkeep and maintenance of your property is our number one priority. This is why we offer: periodic inspections to check property condition, preventative maintenance, handling of repairs (up to $750), and we pay for professional cleaning of the property multiple times per month.
